Real Madrid defender Toni Rudiger was pleased with victory at Getafe.
Eder Milito scored the only goal on the day.
Rudiger said, “It was important that we produced a response after our draw against Osasuna. The team put a good shift in. We've kept a clean sheet and our focus turns to our next game.
“We scored early on and that gave us a lot of confidence, but we were also aware that they were capable of causing us problems with their long balls. We defended really well as a team and that helped us to keep them out.
“We knew that they really like to go long and that there would be a lot of duels. I had to win my duels and just play as I always do. We were keen to record a clean sheet and managed to do just that."
