PENAMPANG: State education exco Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif and State Education Department Director Datuk Raisin Saidin will be strategising relief assistance for schools affected by the floods on Sunday.
“The State Government will find a way to help, especially those in Penampang. It will either come from the Ministry or otherwise,” said Arifin, who is also State Science, Technology and Innovation (KSTI) Minister, during his visit to SM St Michael, here.
He said the school’s appliances and furniture took quite a beating from the disaster.
“I will act on Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor’s order to monitor all schools affected and provide utmost help,” he said.
