At least six people were killed in a suspected Israeli strike in southern Lebanon, including three paramedics, according to Lebanon's state news agency NNA.
The attack targeted a civil defence centre in the Nabatieh district, NNA said, adding that 22 other people were wounded.
The Israeli military did not immediately comment on the report.
The United States announced on Friday that the current ceasefire between Israel and the Iran-backed Hezbollah militia would be extended by 45 days. The truce, however, has repeatedly been violated by both sides in recent weeks.
After the outbreak of the conflict involving Iran, Hezbollah resumed firing rockets and drones into northern Israel in what it described as support for Tehran. Israeli forces subsequently carried out strikes on Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon and on strongholds of the group in Beirut's suburbs.
Lebanese authorities say around 2,900 people have been killed since fighting resumed in early March, including many women and about 200 children.
