Germany striker Deniz Undav is reportedly set to renew his contract at VfB Stuttgart by two years until 2029.
The Bild paper and Sky TV said that an agreement has been reached before Undaz leaves for the United States for the World Cup as part of the German squad on Tuesday.
The reports said Undav will receive a pay rise to €6 million ($7 million) per season and an additional one-off payment of more than €1 million.
Undav, 29, has been at Stuttgart since 2023 and won the German Cup with them last year. Stuttgart were second in the Bundesliga in 2024 and fourth in the past season, qualifying for the Champions League.
Undav was the best German striker in the top flight with 19 goals in 2025-26. In all, he has 46 Bundesliga goals from 86 Stuttgart games. He has seven Germany caps and four goals, including a 2-1 winner against Ghana in a March friendly.
Undav said recently he wanted the contract situation resolved before the start of the World Cup.
