Departing Real Madrid winger Marco Asensio rejected Liverpool after making his decision to join Paris Saint Germain.
The Spanish attacker, who AS states had an offer from the Premier League club, preferred Paris.
Asensio believes that he will get more game time at PSG, especially as they will lose Lionel Messi and perhaps Neymar this summer.
The attacker had become a bit part player at Real this past season, usually coming off the bench for Carlo Ancelotti's side.
Asensio will be hoping that moving to PSG and Ligue 1 will allow him to resurrect his career.
Liverpool had been long term admirers of the player, but manager Jurgen Klopp has missed out on this signing.
