Chelsea are planning an offer for Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins.
The Blues are short of a centre-forward with the summer market shut and Watkins is now under consideration.
On the Si Phillips Talks Chelsea podcast, Phillips said: Dusan Vlahovic was obviously looked at in the summer.
