A return to Barcelona is unlikely for PSG star Lionel Messi next summer.
That's according to Sport's Alfredo Martinez, who is reporting there's been no contact between the two parties, despite the speculation.
"The balloon of Leo Messi's return to Barcelona is expanding a lot. It bothers the player a lot. Moreover, today it is more likely that he will not return than a possible return. The circumstances do not exist.
"There has been no rapprochement or contact between the parties. None.
"It is clear that Joan Laporta would like it, but there is very, very little chance that Messi will return to Barcelona as a player."
