United were wary of financial limitations last summer but Ratcliffe's investment will not restrict them anywhere near as much at the end of this season.
The Premier League's profit and sustainability rules, along Financial Fair Play, were issues for United last summer.
The problems arose due to the Glazer family's unwillingness to make finance available to spend on new signings.
In contrast, Ratcliffe's plans to make cash available for new additions has United clear to spend big in 2024.
