Coach Alto Linus was happy with the progress of the players following the big win.

“It was a good result from the team, but there are still several aspects of our game that need to be improved before the start of the new league season.

“I am satisfied with the overall performance of all the players, including the substitutes who came in the second half.

“This friendly was to strengthen the team’s match fitness before the league begins in early August and I want to see the players are fully prepared and able to maintain their consistency to get positive results in every match,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Rhinos are set to play more friendly matches before the opening match in the new season against Melaka FC at Likas Stadium on August 10.
