• Osman argued that Johannes Radebe is currently miscast in the contestant interview role previously fronted by Claudia Winkleman, as it fails to utilise his strengths as a dancer.
• To fix the setup, Osman suggested placing Josh Widdicombe in the interview room, leaving Emma Willis as sole main stage host, and making Radebe a roving backstage reporter.
• He also advised producers to trim 30 seconds off pre-performance VT packages to improve the show's overall pacing.
• Despite his recommendations, Osman emphasised that he does not view the situation as a crisis and remains confident in the production team.
