Rise and Rehab, a world class physical therapy and sports rehabilitation clinic, will have a dual celebration for the month of September.
As the globe observes the World Physical Therapy Day on Sept. 8, the facility, located in Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City, also celebrates its first six months of operations by offering free therapy assessments to the public as it champions preventive health and mobility and physical rehabilitation for athletes.
"World Physical Therapy Day reminds us of the profound impact functional mobility has on everyday life, and when we set up Rise and Rehab last February, our mission was to offer an environment where patients navigating pain or post surgical recovery undergo world class and structured programs supervised by licensed clinicians who understand biomechanics," said Dr. Geonina Co, CEO of the clinic.
COO Charlene Chua, on the other hand, said that, "delivering high standard services require operational discipline tailored to clinical realities."
The facility has attracted the attention of athletes and non-athletes including Gilas Pilipinas and Ginebra San Miguel player RJ Abarrientos, Southeast Asian Games double gold medalist Chino Sy and professional pickleball player CJ Cuna, who regularly avail the clinic's services.
Celebrities such as GMA’s Nikki Co and Tyrone Tan, and Star Magic's Rain Celmar and Frances Pinlac, are also regulars in the facility.
