Brazil great Rivaldo has been impressed by Gabriel Jesus' early impact with Arsenal.
Rivaldo is delighted for his countryman.
He said, “With the arrival of Gabriel Jesus, I believe the Gunners have achieved one of their best transfers in many years. He is a great player who has played in the Premier League for several seasons.
"At Manchester City, he had intermittent use only because the club has many top players and Pep Guardiola did not always favour him as an absolute starter. Still, he learned a lot there and his experience in English football will also help in his immediate affirmation as the star of the Arsenal team.
"Four years ago, Tite gave him that chance at the 2018 World Cup and he ended up failing in the most important thing, which is scoring goals. But now Jesus will arrive much more mature as a player and I am confident that he can be one of the highlights of Brazil in the 2022 World Cup."
