Manchester United and Bayern Munich have for some time been singled out as possible destinations for the 26-year-old.
Former Barcelona star Rivaldo says: "Even though he is now in his fifth season at the club, his situation is based on the same scenario: the club has to move on and get players.
"In his case, Bara can absolutely sign players at the same level or even better than him."
