Kota Kinabalu: Offenders of the Uniform Building By-Laws 2022 (UBBL 2022) face a fine up to RM100,000 or imprisonment up to one year, or both, on conviction.

State Local Government and Housing Ministry Deputy Permanent Secretary 1, Stanley Chong, said this at the Shareda Property Chat 1.23 hosted by Shareda President Datuk Sr. Chua Soon Ping at Bay 21 Clubhouse, here, recently.
