KOTA MARUDU: A 33-year-old man was seriously hurt after a Toyota Hilux veered off the road near Puspakom here on Monday afternoon.
The vehicle is believed to have skidded on its own before crashing onto the roadside with three men onboard.
Two of the victims sustained minor injuries, while the seriously injured man was trapped in the wreckage and later rescued by firefighters.
All victims were taken to hospital by their family members and ambulance personnel for further treatment.
Emergency responders, including firefighters, police, and medical personnel, ensured the area was safe before concluding the operation at 4.50pm.
