Rory McIlroy has bounced back really well at the PGA Championship this week after a really poor opening round.
McIlroy shot a round of 74 on Thursday but has followed that up with rounds of 67 and 66 to leave him right in the mix heading into the final round on Sunday.
The 37-year-old Northern Irishman has played really good golf over the past two rounds at Aronimink and whatever happens during the rest of the day, he will have a chance to win on Sunday.
Rory McIlroy is the biggest star in the game today and the crowds following him at Aronimink have been enormous in size this week.

Despite failing to birdie the par-five 16th hole and making a bogey on the 17th, the six-time major champion breezed round the tricky layout in four-under par.
McIlroy criticized the course setup at the PGA Championship on Friday, but the course was far more gettable on Saturday.
And the crowd was treated to a real show by the man from Holywood, Northern Ireland.
Rory McIlroy makes comment on the fans at Aronimink
During the Ryder Cup back in September, McIlroy received seriously poor treatment from the fans at Bethpage Black.
The Northern Irishman was very outspoken on the matter and many American players were disgusted by the behavior of their own fans as well.
So how has he been treated in Pennsylvania this week?
McIlroy responded when asked by reporters whether he has experienced similar treatment to what he experienced at the Ryder Cup from the fans at Aronimink this week.
“No. Again, 103 out of 104 weeks, I get pretty good support everywhere I go,“ he insisted.

“It’s just that one week every — or one week every four years, I guess it is, that most of the crowd are on the other side, and that’s fine.
“If I were them, I’d be on the U.S. side, too.
“But no, I do, I feel like I get a lot of support anywhere I go, here included, and I’m very fortunate and very grateful for that.“
That’s very good to hear and McIlroy is more than deserving of the strong support he has received in Philadelphia this week.
Rory McIlroy stats on day three of the PGA Championship
McIlroy’s ball-striking was superb on Saturday at Aronimink.
He ranked 1st in strokes gained off the tee and 36th in strokes gained approach.
McIlroy’s chipping and putting were both pretty solid as well.
The 37-year-old ranked 27th in strokes gained around the green and 12th in strokes gained putting.
Overall, Rory McIlroy ranked tied sixth in strokes gained total on day three at the PGA Championship, having gained 3.588 strokes on the field.
His game is clearly in good shape right now, and if he plays anywhere near his full potential on Sunday, he may well leave Aronimink as a seven-time major champion.
