
The Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh, has achieved a milestone in research and innovation at the national level.
Dr Savita Budhwar, Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition Biology, has secured a research grant of Rs 2.45 crore from the Central Department of Science and Technology’s Science and Heritage Research Initiative to undertake advanced research on millet-based smart protein products.
Sanctioned for two years, the project focuses on developing innovative millet-derived specialty ingredients and smart protein products through advanced scientific methods.
