Russian coach Valeri Ovchinnikov doubts Chelsea are serious about Dynamo Moscow winger Arsen Zakharyan.
Chelsea made an attempt to sign Zakharyan in August, but financial sanctions against Russia prevented the deal. There's now an expectation of Chelsea trying again this month.
But Ovchinnikov says: "Hmm. Zakharyan. Something about him, in my opinion, was extolled at some point. Too many advances were given to him. I never understood what it was about Chelsea.
"Is this some kind of joke or is it really Chelsea?
"You know, if Chelsea wanted to buy this guy, they would. The British would have found a way to transfer money. It's not a problem."
