MANILA, Philippines — Russian Ivan Anisimov of LCW UAE Cycle topped the Tour of Luzon Stage 4 from Palayan City, Nueva Ecija to Bayombong, Nueva Viscaya on Saturday.
Anisimov clocked 3:59:41 in a bunch finish of the 159km-race.
