Rylan Clark has described joining the presenting line-up for the BBC’s Children In Need 2026 Appeal show as an "honour".
The BBC Radio 2 presenter, 37, will feature alongside Alex Jones and Sara Cox on the presenting team for the charity’s flagship fundraising broadcast.
A long-standing supporter of the charity, Clark previously raised more than £1 million in 2019 after completing BBC Radio 2’s Great Ka-RY-Oke Challenge, in which he sang non-stop for 24 hours.
Clark said: “What an honour to be joining the BBC Children In Need presenting team this year.
“When I took on my challenge in 2019, I had the privilege of meeting young people at a project funded by BBC Children In Need and heard how important that support was to them and what a huge difference it made to their lives.
“I can’t wait to be part of the show on 13 November, to shine a light on some incredible young people and raise lots of money to help ensure every child has someone by their side when they need it most.”

This year’s fundraising campaign, Challenge Yourself 2026, aims to encourage people to create their own challenge inspired by the number 26 and raise money for the charity to support children and young people.
The three hosts will be joined by more presenters who will be revealed in the lead-up to the show.
In 2025, BBC Children In Need raised over £45.5m following its annual appeal show, with the three-hour broadcast featuring a host of musical performances.
Rush hosted the appeal show, filmed live from MediaCityUK in Salford, alongside BBC Radio 2 presenters Vernon Kay and Paddy McGuinness, The Saturdays star Rochelle Humes, TV presenter Giedroyc, and TV chef and musician Big Zuu.
BBC Radio 2 presenter Sara Cox completed her Children In Need challenge, in which she covered 135 miles – the equivalent of five marathons in five days. The TV star raised more than £9.5 million for Children In Need.
Children In Need funds family centres, community spaces, youth clubs and refuges, homeless shelters, hospices and helplines across the UK.
BBC Children In Need will air on 13 November on BBC One and iPlayer.
