Former Genoa chief Giorgio Perinetti says AC Milan need to do better by Krzysztof Piatek.
Perinetti signed the Poland striker for Genoa before he left for Milan last January.
Piatek's a strong-willed, determined man who's had a great impact on Italian football and Genoa," Perinetti told Sky Sport Italia.
He's also had a great impact on Milan, but the ups and downs at the club haven't helped him.
