AC Milan have completed the signing of Real Madrid fullback Theo Hernandez.

Theo is reported to have joined Milan in a 20m transfer.

The Lega Serie A website confirms it is a permanent move and not a loan deal. He already had his medical on Monday and Tuesday, but the five-year contract was only registered some time on Friday evening.
