Kota Kinabalu: Chinese Consul-General in Kota Kinabalu Her Excellency Huang Shifang will keep a good relationship with the Federation of Sabah Industries (FSI) to continue promoting potential Sabah-China collaborations.
She said a bilateral economy is a boost for both parties especially during recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic.
This follows FSI’s appointment as the “Weihai City Partner” by the Weihai Municipal Government, Shangdong China.
Her Excellency had congratulated FSI President Richard Lim on the appointment during a courtesy call paid by FSI on Tuesday.
Richard Lim led a delegation of council members and advisors during the visit, and introduced upcoming programmes such as the Sabah International Exhibition (SIE) to Her Excellency.
He hoped that potential China investors and exhibitors can participate in the SIE which will be held in Sept at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC).
