TAMBUNAN: Expanding the service network of the Sabah Credit Corporation (SCC) in the district digitally can provide effective service delivery to the community.
Deputy Chief Minister I, Datuk Seri Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, said the expansion of services using the Yono application and e-wallet is a cashless transaction method that simplifies the payment and collection process. It also provides opportunities for those who are unable to open a bank account.
“This initiative is in line with the State Government’s goals through the Sabah Maju Jaya initiative, particularly through enabling the improvement of financial facilities and also the effectiveness of service delivery,” he said while officiating the SCC Customer Service Centre, here, recently.
He is confident that the centre can benefit the local community through the services and financial facilities provided by the corporation.
