Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Economic Development Corporation (Sedco) will provide 48 space lots to small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs) for rent at the Kota Kinabalu Industrial Centre (KKIP).
Deputy General Manager of Sedco Group, Azrul Ahmad, said the effort was to give opportunities to entrepreneurs, especially Bumiputera entrepreneurs around the city to have a site to operate.
“It is now 99 per cent complete and we expect that by June 2024, we will be able to realise this effort.
“Now we are trying to get the certificate to occupy (OC) the building and once we get the OC later, we will immediately open for prospective tenants to apply.
