
Dewan Sri Putatan marked a milestone as it hosted Sabah FA’s first official home match in the Malaysian Premier Futsal League (MPFL) Division 1, where the home side edged TOT United 3-2 in a thrilling clash.
Brazilian import Vitor Manoel Da Silva struck twice early on, giving Sabah a strong lead. TOT United responded with a free-kick goal by Mohamad Sufri Shamil, but Sabah quickly restored their advantage through Igor Paulo Silva.
TOT’s late second goal by Muhammad Nurasyraaf wasn’t enough, as Sabah held on for a historic win.

Sabah FA now sits fourth in the standings and will next face KL City FC on May 31, again at Dewan Sri Putatan.
