Kota Kinabalu: A transit home operated by the Sabah Heart Fund Association (SOSHF) has officially opened its doors to heart patients in the state.
Its President, Datuk Eva Susau, said the home, located near the Sabah Women and Children’s Hospital, is provided free of charge for heart patients coming from rural areas to ease their burden.
“The home began operating in April and is offered free to patients from remote districts such as Pitas, Kota Belud and Beluran.
