From the aromatic spices of Malay staples to the robust profiles of international classics, the buffet aims to provide a gastronomic journey that celebrates diversity and togetherness.

Signature dishes like ‘Gulai Udang dan Nenas’ (Prawn and Pineapple Curry), ‘Ayam Masak Cencaluk Tunku Azizah’ (Chicken with Cencaluk Tunku Azizah), and ‘Stew Lidah Lembu’ (Beef Tongue Stew) bring a regal touch to the spread.

“We are proud of our culinary team’s dedication and innovation in bringing these flavours to life.”

The buffet’s scope extends far beyond its dishes. It reflects the SICC’s commitment to offering a meal and a cultural experience.

Guests will encounter a culinary adventure that spans Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Thai, Indonesian, South Korean, TexMex, German and Bruneian cuisines.

This diversity is a reminder of food’s power to connect people, transcending borders and backgrounds.

At the helm of this impressive culinary endeavour is award-winning Chef Muhammad Hussin.

Speaking on the inspiration behind the menu, Muhammad said, “This year, we wanted to create a dining experience reflecting the spirit of Ramadan while introducing new flavours to surprise our guests.

“Every dish has a story, often rooted in traditions of home and togetherness, which we hope will resonate with everyone who dines with us.”

For those looking to secure their spot early, an Early Bird Special is available for bookings made by Jan 31.

The Ramadan offerings are not limited to dinner. SICC has crafted complementary services such as a Sahur Buffet, running from 11pm to 3am throughout the holy month.

Families with young children will find added value, as children under 12 dine for free during Sahur.

Meanwhile, the SICC Takeaway Boxes, featuring curated menus like Menu Mubarak, Menu Ramadan Kareem, and Menu Sungkai, provide a convenient option for those who prefer to break their fast at home or on the go. An advanced 24-hour booking is required for takeaway orders.

Additionally, SICC will reintroduce its Aidilfitri Takeaway sets from March 28-April 15.

These festive offerings are designed to bring the warmth of home-cooked meals to celebrations, making them ideal for gifting or hosting gatherings.

Sweet lovers can enjoy Cookies by SICC, featuring favourites like Biskut Mama Carey, Kuih Makmur, and Tart Nanas, adding a delightful touch to the season.
