Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Karate Association (SKA) will be represented by a 51-member team for the 8th KL Mayor’s Cup Karate Championship to be held at Titiwangsa Stadium in Kuala Lumpur starting tomorrow (December 1) until Sunday.
The team comprising 28 boys and 23 girls is led by managers Richard Ajak and Grace Tiwon.
SKA secretary general Julian Chin said they are not setting any target but hope the athletes will give their very best.
At the same competition last year, SKA finished second overall with a total of 16 gold, 14 silver and 23 bronze medals to finish behind team Hayashi-Ha from Kuala Lumpur.
