Kota Kinabalu: PAS Sabah Commissioner Datuk Dr Aliakbar Gulasan lodged a police report Friday after a threatening letter was found outside his home, written in red ink and weighed down with a stone. He said it was discovered around 8am by his child outside the gate.
A transparent plastic bag containing a stone with red paint had also left stains on the house wall.
“I made this report as a safety measure, worried that something worse could happen later, and for the authorities to take appropriate action,” he said.
He did not want to speculate on the sender but considered the incident serious.
He said PAS will campaign under the Perikatan Nasional (PN) banner to showcase coalition unity.
