
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Pakatan Harapan (PH) seat allocation for the coming state election is 75pc complete, with the remaining 25pc - including key hotspots - set to be finalised by January next year,
Sabah PKR elections director Peto Galim said if an agreement cannot be reached for the seats, the matter will be referred to the party presidents to resolve.

PKR is one of the four component parties of Sabah PH, alongside DAP, Upko and Amanah.

The Sabah Assembly’s term expires in October 2025, which means the 17th state election must be held by Dec 9, 2025.

He said the delay in finalising the remaining seats is not because of any dispute but is due to the busy end-of-year schedule faced by the PH allies.
