
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah's daily Covid-19 caseload shot up to 261 today, the highest since April 1, according to an update.
Today's number was 80 more than yesterday's, said the update shared by the office of Sabah's spokesman for the crisis, Datuk Masidi Manjun.
Today's positivity rate was also high at 15.68 percent, much higher than yesterday's.
Infection risks are getting higher, therefore, the public should be cautious.
A total of 258 cases today were asymptomatic or light infections, while one case each was in the warded, ICU and ventilated categories.
