Kota Kinabalu: The Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) Sabah called on the EU Ambassador – Head of Delegation of the EU to Malaysia, Michalis Rokas during his recent visit to Kota Kinabalu for the National Workshop on Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation and Climate Finance with the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy (GCoM) Asia Project 2021-23 held from Aug 15-17.
During the discussion, Rokas informed that there are incentives available for initiatives or projects with the aim to reduce impact of climate change and sustainable green and renewable energy.
He said these incentives may include financing, passing on of technical know-how and sustainability of these initiatives or projects.
