Sabah Smart Parking app is temporarily disrupted

Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Smart Parking application is temporarily experiencing service disruptions, preventing users from accessing several key functions.

In a notice issued on Tuesday, DBKK Holdings Sdn Bhd’s car park management division said the affected services include digital parking payments, compound checks, the purchase of monthly parking passes, credit top-ups, and access to the iBERSIH service module.

The company said no parking compounds will be issued during the disruption period.

DBKK Holdings apologised for the inconvenience and said efforts are underway to restore the application as soon as possible.

No timeline was provided for the resumption of normal services.
