Sabah Smart Parking app temporarily disrupted

Kota Kinabalu: Users of the Sabah Smart Parking (SSP) application are unable to access several key services following a temporary disruption to the system, DBKK Holdings Sdn Bhd announced on Tuesday.

The disruption has affected digital parking payments, compound checking and payment, monthly parking pass purchases, credit top-ups, as well as access to the iBERSIH module and other services.

DBKK Holdings said no parking compound enforcement would be carried out while the disruption persists.

The company apologised for the inconvenience and said efforts are underway to restore the application as soon as possible.
