
Kota Kinabalu: Small and Medium-sized Entrepreneurs Sabah (SME Sabah) continues to grow with President Prof Datuk Foo Ngee Kee achieving three of his missions during his second term (2021 – 2024).
First, the membership strength is now sevenfold from its initial 40. Second, is collaborations and building relationships with the government and with other trade associations and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). Thirdly, organising trade missions to explore potential for exports of Sabah products.
“It is evident that the Sabah government has recognised the role that SME Sabah is playing in helping Sabah SMEs and helping Sabah to boost its State’s economy.
“Among those are when Ir. Chia KF, our Director of Professional Services was appointed a panel member of PermudahcaraSMJ representing SME Sabah while I represent the Sabah Economic Advisory Council (SEAC).
