KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) is the only party that Sabah Umno cannot cooperate with, says Sabah Umno Chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin (pic).
Bung Moktar stressed that such cooperation would never happen, given the history between Barisan Nasional (BN) and PBS.
"We know many parties in Sabah claim they are local parties, such as PBS. PBS is the only party we cannot cooperate with.
"They (PBS) stabbed BN in the back two, three times. In 1990, they left after the nomination of candidates, remember? They won 14 parliamentary seats because they deceived BN," he said during the opening of the Sepanggar Umno meeting here on Saturday.
