KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) has hit back at Sabah Umno Chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin's recent statements, saying that there is no need to use PBS as a provocative topic to gain attention.

PBS Vice-President Datuk Arthur Sen described Bung Moktar as "an adult behaving like a child."

"You (Bung Moktar) say you do not want to cooperate with PBS, but when did PBS ever ask to work with you?"

He said PBS's historical journey has seen it evolve from "an opposition party to a solo government, back to the opposition, then the government again, and now, once more, part of the ruling coalition."
