Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah contingent returned with two golds, three silvers and two bronzes at the National Weightlifting Championship which concluded at the Indian Association Hall in Kuching, Sarawak on Friday.
The gold medals were won by Nilcy Tunik (women’s 49kg) and Kevdylan Wong (men’s 67kg) with the silvers from Fendylina Adim (women’s 45kg), Irene Jane Henry (junior 45kg) and Sherylene Jounis (women’s 59kg), while the bronze medals came from Mickly Adim (men’s 61kg) and Nicole Thein (women’s 71kg).
