KOTA KINABALU: Sabahan arm-wrestler Michael Ford (pic), 36, has made history by securing the championship title in the super heavyweight (125kg and above) category at the prestigious Arnold Classic Arm-Wrestling Championship in Ohio, USA on Friday (Feb 28).
His victory has sent ripples through the American arm-wrestling scene, bringing pride to Malaysia on the global stage.
Ford, set to return home on March 7, aims to elevate Malaysia’s standing in competitive sports and inspire more athletes to pursue international success.
