Kota Kinabalu: Human Resource Deputy Minister Mustapha Sakmud said Sabahans should not fear the artificial intelligence (AI) revolution but being left further behind in the technological race.
“AI cannot fully replace human jobs because it needs operators. The Ministry through Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) is now equipping our students with the necessary skills to venture into various AI-centric sectors.
“In Sabah, awareness on AI is still low and narrow. We are still backwards in its use and implementation.
