Sabri Lamouchi has stepped down from his position as Tunisia manager following an incident allegedly involving his son.
Tunisia were beaten 5-1 by Sweden in the opening game of their World Cup campaign, which sparked angry responses from supporters.

Reports on Tunisian radio station Mosaique FM claimed that Lamouchi’s son was attacked by angry supporters in the aftermath of the loss.
The 54-year-old’s son, who doesn’t work with the national team, travelled on the bus, without any official clearance from the staff, and has been seen alongside the technical staff and during training sessions.
This, coupled with the heavy defeat, resulted in his departure. Reports have claimed that former boss Mondher Kebaier will step in to oversee the rest of the tournament.
