Former Tottenham striker Louis Saha has praised the signing of Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma.
The 25-year-old will compete with Oliver Skipp, Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg for a starting berth, with Harry Winks a potetnial sale this summer.
Saha, speaking to Boyle Sports, believes Bissouma will help Spurs come through difficult games, helping develop more consistency across the board.
“Yves Bissouma is a terrific player and he can help with the balance of many aspects of the team and he can be a big asset to the club," said Saha.
“He can play box-to-box football and help defensively as much as with the spells during games where the team disappears mentally."
