Kota Kinabalu: All Saints’ and St Agnes’ Alumni Association is organising Real Estate 2024 talk at 7.30pm on May 24 at H-5-8, Aeropod Commercial Square, near the Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

Alumni Vice President Janet Lee said the talks are free-of-charge for members and ex-students of All Saints’ and St Agnes’ schools while friends and families aged 16 and above would be charged RM25.

The topics will cover “Buying Your 1st Commercial Property” and “Ready to Own Your First Home?”

Speakers include Chung King Hee, a mortgage specialist with 12 years’ experience in the banking industry, TJ Wong, a No. 1 IQI Sabah Project Sales Performer 2022 with 12 years’ experience in Real Estate, Stephennie Yong, a Top Regional Subsale 2022 Member of MDAC Women Real Estate Negotiator 2021 and Dominic Chung, a Sabah Regional Top 3 Subsale 2022 Professional Commercial Property Member of MDAC.

“An additional aim is to update attendees on the latest trends and techniques in property investments, educate them on the critical evaluation criteria, and equip them with the tools needed to make informed and objective investment decisions,” she added.

Janet said it is expected that the alumni will be rolling out more series on property in collaboration with professional property experts and companies to sharpen and deepen the knowledge of members.
