
Kota Kinabalu: Api-Api Assemblywoman Datuk Christina Liew is picking up where she had left – an RM80 million integrated cultural village project in Lok Kawi, Kinarut – following her reappointment as Sabah Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister.
She said the project was not ditched, but noted a soar in raw material prices in over two years.
“I will proceed to table the budget in Cabinet…It’s a beautifully designed complex with a lot of native flavours incorporated. The planning phase is done and we hope to see construction work this year.
