Samsung Malaysia, in collaboration with Modernize Vida, has announced the opening of its new Partner Experience Store (PES) at KL Eco City, a dedicated facility for partners and distributors to explore the brand’s integrated AI-powered business solutions in real-world environments.
The new Samsung PES at KL Eco City is designed as an immersive walkthrough space featuring seven dedicated zones that replicate real-world environments. The facility allows partners and distributors to experience how Samsung’s products, technologies, and AI capabilities work together within a connected ecosystem across sectors such as retail, finance, hospitality, residential, education, office, and government.
By integrating AI and SmartThings into these environments, the PES demonstrates how connected technologies can be used to improve automation, efficiency, and user experiences across both homes and businesses. The SmartThings platform also enables centralised monitoring and control of connected devices through a unified interface for more streamlined operations.
The experience centre also highlights the brand’s broader Devices, Solutions and Services (DSS) approach, which combines hardware, software, and services to support scalable business-to-business innovation and more seamless customer experiences tailored to different industries.
One of the key showcases at the PES is Samsung’s Professional Laundry solution, designed for commercial and industrial use with a focus on durability, operational efficiency, and large-capacity performance. The system supports washer capacities of up to 18kg and dryer capacities of up to 14kg, while its stackable design helps optimize installation flexibility and space usage.
