Samsung’s new Partner Experience Store demonstrates AI and SmartThings solutions across retail, hospitality and office environments.

SAMSUNG Malaysia has partnered with Modernize Vida to launch a new Partner Experience Store (PES) at KL Eco City, offering partners and distributors an immersive platform to explore integrated AI-powered business solutions in real-world environments.

The new facility has been designed as a dedicated experience centre where business partners can better understand how Samsung’s technologies, products and services function as part of a connected ecosystem across multiple industries.

Developed through a strategic collaboration with Modernize Vida, the PES features seven distinct zones representing real-world settings, allowing visitors to visualise how Samsung’s technologies can be applied across sectors including retail, finance, hospitality, residential, education, office and government environments.

The experience centre integrates Samsung’s AI and SmartThings technologies into realistic settings to demonstrate how connected systems can enhance operations across homes, businesses and community spaces.

Samsung Malaysia Electronics president Charles Kim said businesses are increasingly looking for technologies that can support long-term growth while improving operational efficiency and customer experiences.

“The Partner Experience Store reflects Samsung’s vision of enabling smarter, more connected business environments through integrated AI-driven innovation.

“As industries continue to evolve, businesses are increasingly looking for solutions that are not only connected but also intuitive, scalable and experience-driven.

“Through our collaboration with Modernize Vida, we aim to help partners reimagine how technology can transform everyday environments while unlocking new opportunities for operational efficiency, customer engagement and long-term business growth,” he said during the launch.

A key feature of the new experience centre is Samsung’s Professional Laundry solution, developed for high-demand commercial and industrial settings with an emphasis on operational efficiency and capacity.

The system supports washer capacities of up to 18kg and dryer capacities of up to 14kg, while also featuring a stackable configuration to improve installation flexibility and optimise space usage.

Samsung said the solution is intended to support emerging hybrid business concepts such as café-laundry models and integrated fitness or entertainment spaces, where customers can utilise laundry services while engaging in other activities.

The company said the Partner Experience Store aims to help distributors and partners translate complex technological systems into practical, real-world applications for business use.

The initiative also forms part of Samsung’s broader strategy to strengthen its partner ecosystem and support long-term business growth through innovation and collaboration.
