SANDAKAN: Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong is attempting to collect 10,000 signatures from the people here to demand for the resignation of the State Water Department Director if the water problem is not resolved.
Calvin said among the many problems not resolved were water pumps that often break down, low water pressure and poor water quality.
He said the signature campaign is to ensure that the issue was not taken lightly by the Water Department because the water quality issue in Sandakan had been going on for more than three months without any solution.
