Chelsea are on the verge of completing the signing of Deivid Washington from Santos.
The 18-year-old forward was left out of Santos' squad for their game against Athletico Paranense over the weekend.
Per The Telegraph, the two clubs have agreed on a fee and personal terms are also sorted.
Chelsea are set to pay Athletico 12 million for his services, plus 4 million in add-ons.
