Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) will focus on the implementation of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) leading up to the State Elections due October next year, said its President Datuk Yong Teck Lee.

Yong said this was decided in its Supreme Council meeting held on Saturday where several MA63 agendas would be addressed.

“Some people think that fulfilling the 40 per cent net revenue entitlement will complete the implementation of MA63. But In fact, the 40 per cent net revenue entitlement is only one of several unfulfilled rights of Sabah under MA63,” he said in a statement, on Saturday.
